The Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup # FR82PV is plugging into your Coleman controller so you'd need to replace it with the same model Coleman controller in order for the rest of the system to properly function. We unfortunately don't carry the Coleman brand so you'd have to go to them directly in order to get a replacement. If it works with the monitor but not when it's plugged in then it definitely sounds like there is a power issue at your plug. I'd recommend taking a volt meter # PT89ZR to your plug and make sure that the 12V pin has a full 12V going to it.
It also wouldn't hurt either to go through your wiring and make sure that there aren't any broken or damaged, and if they are replace the wire as needed and check again.
